The following are terms and conditions of a legal agreement between you and Screamfitters LLC:

By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the bound terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this website, or purchase from us.


Shipping

  • All items are built to order. Please contact us for current production lead times.

  • Contact us by e-mail  if you would like a shipping quote or require expedited shipping.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Your order will be rejected and refunded if submitted with this type of address.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Additional shipping charges may be added due to weight, size and location of delivery such as Farms, residences and lift gate requirements.

Terms and Conditions

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement.

  • A charge of $20 a day will apply for storage fees if final payment cannot be made when freight is ready to ship.

  • All shipping costs will be added to the order total displayed at checkout

  • Any sales tax will be applied to Pennsylvania and other applicable destination addresses.

  • All products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from date of delivery.

  • As each product is handmade and made to order, website photos and videos may vary from actual product images.

  • Screamfitters is not responsible for typographical errors on descriptions, pricing, or images.

  • Specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We do not accept “Cash on Delivery” orders.

  • All orders subject to acceptance and approval. We reserve the right to refuse an order.

Returns and Cancellations 

  • There are no refunds, credits or returns after 15 days.

  • All customer requests for refunds or cancellations will be charged a 3% return fee.

  • If the product has already gone into build production, there is a 25% restocking fee.

  • Products may be returned within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • There will be a 25% restocking fee on orders returned within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • Product damage claims must be made in writing to screamfitters@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

  • No used products will be credited.

  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

  • There are no returns on any products after 15 days. Any products returned must be in the same condition / packaging of how you received the products.

  • Orders in the process of being shipped cannot be cancelled, however you may contact us for a return within 2 days of the delivery date once you receive the order.

  • Screamfitters LLC is not responsible for any delays in shipments due to trucking company delays / air delays / sea delays / customs clearance delays.

  • We will not refund any orders or take returns due to these issues out of Screamfitters LLC 's control.

  • Screamfitters LLC will not be responsible for any non-deliveries or lost deliveries without proper time notification.

  • If for any reason Screamfitters LLC has to turn your account over for lack of payment to a collection agency you will be responsible for all Attorney / Court / or any other fees that occur to collect the debt.

  • In the event that you need to return something please contact us by email.

 

 

In no event will Screamfitters LLC or any of its representatives be liable for any damages or injuries, however they may occur, related to any products sold through Screamfitters LLC 's online business, retail business or wholesale business.

Except as expressly stated herein, Screamfitters LLC makes no representations or complied of any kind with respect to products sold.
